Going back to Worf's presence... he would have been invited to the wedding, of course, and naturally everything is sooo civilized in the 24th century among Worf, Riker, and Deanna. 

Just what TNG needed - a love triangle with three of the most boring characters on the show (actually, most of the characters are boring).

I detest Worf. Really detest him. In a far better TNG, Tasha would never have left and Worf would have left. Then we'd have been spared The Great Klingon Soap Opera storyline that started on TNG, carried over to DS9 (with a side trip to the final TOS movie), and still wasn't finished by the last movie.

Worf is the Character That Ate The Show (two shows, actually - both TNG and DS9). Thank goodness they couldn't figure out a way to shoehorn him into Voyager.

He was in the movie not because there was a good reason to be there, but because Michael Dorn likely had a contract and the character is popular with some fans.

I'm SO serious about not the same eyes.  Picard has almost epicanthal folds.  (Also a very pointed skull - those two heads were never alike.)

There's nowhere this story can go but John-Luke proving that a young bull might can run, but an old bull knows HOW to run.

BTW, I never believed in the Scimitar.  Mining slaves built the ultimate ship in secret.  Gosh, WHY had no one ever had the brilyant thot of build a BIGGER ship with MOAR GUNZ?  -And a perfect cloak?  WHY had no one ever bothered to build one PERFECT?  It's so easy MINING SLAVES can do it in secret.

Nothing this failed should run past 80 minutes.  A ruthless cut would, in fact, improve it.
