Someone once gave my grandma a big glass-door china cabinet for Christmas.  She filled it with dolls.

My china cabinet is filled with cat stuff, penguin stuff, fancy ceramic bookends (ie. a sculpture of Porch of the Maidens), and pet rocks.

I'm posting this, not because I find it creepy, but because I think the dolls in my links aren't getting the same attention as the dolls in my links, and it might be of interest.

The Japanese have a long-standing storytelling tradition about haunted dolls.  It's featured in this episode of the classic anime series "Vampire Princess Miyu".  Very creepy...

My brother, BU, sent me this link to a kickstarter page by comic book artist Jill Thompson (too bad he doesn't post at this site so he could post it here himself, ain't it?) to help fund the production of a doll based on her Scary Godmother character.

My ex-husband used to get freaked out by all my dolls... Said he couldn't stand having all those little people watching him all the time....

I used to be surrounded by dolls. Now I've got stuffed animals everywhere.

The bunny in the attached photo is Ben from the Fuzzy Knights webcomic. I've got Mossfoot and Violet, gave up on finding Target, and can't find exactly the right Benjamin Bunny. I asked the FK creator for information, and this Ben is approximately 8" tall (not sure if that's from the table to the tips of his ears). I've found all kinds of variations of this rabbit, but never this exact one in the picture. It's driving me nuts!

I did these pictures of a character in the style of a Ball-Jointed Doll at the request of a friend. People complained they were too creepy...
