I am thinking that is graphics card. This notebook displays AC in 4:3. It does that with some other older games, too. I will see what I can do.

A Nautilus Impact Foil sailed into the harbor of Data Decentral, but was eliminated by my own Impact Foil on it's maiden voyage. I need another seaport over there as the capital is supporting lots of formers.

Meanwhile, the Monolith city launched it's own Impact ship and made some discoveries about that region. It appears Lal must have sent a transport and colony pod at some point to settle that one city below Deidre. His other city I see is on another continent. there is no connection like I suspected.
