Watering restrictions are going up all around us.  While our city hasn't officially handed any down, all the others in the conservancy district have, so it's a matter of time.  Twice a week for 20 minutes. 

Thats not enough, frankly.  Twice a week, sure, 20 minutes is actually crap.  I specifically went drip irrigation the last few years to save water.  Less water over a longer time is better than tons of water in 20 minutes. 

Already warned the boys, the grass may go to hell, but we'll be keeping the vegetable garden and maybe the flowers going through greywater.

Someone on the halloween forum is doing a "those we don't speak of" costume from the village.  They've dug up a bunch of pics from the auction of the actual movie props. 

Gotta go get the pics onto the home computer.  Thinking I'll actually do that next year.  The costum is actually a LOT more simple than it initially appears, as it's counting on that cloak to cover everything from the back, so it's only halves of everything.  Most importantly, it has multiple angles of the masks. 

Didn't realize Noah's mask was so starkly different than the one that is walking around town.   The town one, while sculpting could be interesting, is easy to replicate, latex buildup could be used.  .  Noah's would require lifecasting, sculplting, molding, etc.

Odd - I went to the skeleton tea party link -it played fine on YouTube- and it's actually changing what link displays on the forum automatically, not just what embeds.
