I'm thinking 2 sideview smilies walk up to eachother, hug, and pat on the back.

If you think your square set is ready to go, try to get sisko's attention.  What we really need is for him to teach me how to install sets, so I can do it.  I get wrapped up in real life a great deal less...

Hmm.  The highlight in the center doesn't really make sense, so that's probably a good idea - minimum file size and all that.  I can't really wrap my head around 3D for the square ones.

Yeah. Using more-or-less the same method for the  looked like a game of PONG between the top and bottom of the square.
And I just like dark yellow more than black for the faces.

For my round ones, I was going for at least semi-3D.  I don't know that I succeeded, or that anyone but me finds the house style I came up with pretty, but there it is.
