Alternate art for SMAC factions, with assorted designs in place of depictions of faction leaders.



-To make the game available to more people...

Needless to say, this is also kosher if you take graven images that seriously.  SMACX is a great game, and this is made in the spirit of brotherhood and removing barriers.  Enjoy.

Those who take the admonition in scripture not to truck with graven images very seriously.  We wouldn't want anyone to miss out on SMACX because they're religious and faction leaders are pictured.  It wasn't my idea, but the idea is one of which I approve.

I'm not aware of it being banned anywhere, but Islam takes the graven images thing VERY seriously.  [shrugs]
