I would think new fonts would have to be incorporated into a theme to display - I guess I'll investigate if I can figure out where to look...

Yeah, I am personally a fan of the Stencil font. Its easier to read due to the larger inherent size, and I like its military looking style. It really pops out.

I dunno.  That looks like stuff you don't want me messing with on my own - I'm not completely incompetent with .html stuff, but I think I'm in way over my head when it comes to hacking forum code.

Best to ping sisko and get him to have a look.  He's very interested in bells and whistles with the appearance of the place.  My focus is more people and content.

In case I brave up, what font(s) are you interesting in having added?  Is this a simple matter of adding to what's available in the "Font Face" pull-down in Reply, as they're discussing in the thread you linked?

Yes, there are a few fonts I like using sometimes, and it would be nice if we could have them.

And wouldn't it be cool if we could have a couple of science fiction-type fonts? I do know of someone who developed a Dune font, although it would take a bit of searching to find it. This was several years and a couple of computers ago.

I do not remember where I got it, but there's an Alpha Centauri font that I used on my Custom Faction/Graphics Tutorial page.  I assume that something like that, that not everyone has, would have to be uploaded.  -And no idea where that would be.  Nothing about that in the thread you linked.

So what fonts do you have in mind?

I'm blanking on the names - one is similar to handwriting, and the other is a kind of Old English (I wouldn't ask for anything really weird, though).
