Bugs' accent is not so much Bronx as it is bad Groucho through a 40s stereotype gay-lisp filter.

The director wanted a tough-talking voice for the new rabbit character.

Mel pondered- Which is tougher? Brooklyn, or The Bronx? I'll combine the two!

As Buncle says, it's a big D. It's confusing because it has an electron orbital path around it.

The character, Dynaguy, played a very small part in my favorite  movie "The Incredibles" , and the videogame based upon the movie. Not a lot is known about him- He had a great looking costume, he could fly because of the rockets on his wrists, and he died because his cape snagged on take off. He was also the original leader of the super-trio, "The Thrilling Three", and one of the first super-heroes to be sued for incidental damage.

I can twist the perspective on the EOL to fit well enough for something small, I think, and likewise for erasing the logo in place.  We'll see.  I may need to bring up the color in the sky so gray/black Creepyman isn't lost against the background.  I can probably do this.
