I prefer ladies on the fit side w/ a bit of muscle - though I can see where in her case, you might find the extra definition more starved-looking...

Here's one I believe was from soon after she won "Miss Diamond Crown of the World" in 2007, when she would have been about 22.
 


I think that's her original nose, though she (passionately) denies buying anything but her bosoms at the plastic store...  I ought to dig up some shots of her at the pageant, because her appearance has definitely altered since.

Trouble is, she never posts context or a date with pics, she might post something seven years old the same day as a selfie she just snapped, and articles about her more than two years old tend to be in Russian.  Here's an old shot you see constantly with attacks that she's super-fake (OF COURSE she's fake; much of the reason I find her interesting is her quest to create herself, physically).

You can see differences; her waist is small but not astonishingly so, and still the original nose.  Like all the older pictures, I notice that she always had a haughty facial expression that I don't find becoming.

It doesn't set off the freak-o-meter the way the other pictures did with it's plastic-looking spray tan.  This looks more anorexic/unfertile than inhuman.

It documents various photoshops of her, including modeling, paparazzi, and fanart. Most of it seems subtle to me, but maybe it's exactly what you're searching for.
A celebrity that photoshops fan art of themselves..... seems ungrateful, and unbalanced.

Well, her waist shows enough to be a little freaky, but I doubt you'd much notice if you were seeing her for the first time...  That may well be the same blouse as the last shot.
