Dick Cheney Fascist? : Yes.

Here's why I believe so. He was heavily involved with the monopolization of several companies and organizations, involved in many hostile takeovers on behalf of Halliburton and other major organizations, combine the fact he was involved with the passing of the Homeland security act which permits the United States government to detain a person for an indefinite amount of time based purely on the suspicion of terrorism, he has shown signs of both authoritarian expressions of control, prejudice, and state sponsored war mongering which is clear with his support of the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan (of which it was shown he had personal gain from the conflict: There was evidence of him having contractor companies operating within the war zones, mercenaries if you will.)

I'd say he's a fascist, or at least far right and ultra-nationalist.
