The theme to this one is Les Preludes by Franz Liszt - a number that sounds exactly like an orchestral arrangement of The Bear Went Over the Mountain, though they didn't use the passage(s) that does.

...It sorta ties together, thematically, with Vultan showing Dale the bear in the first serial...
