Obviously, we're having ongoing problems.

Doing my best to light a fire under our tech d00dz.  Brace yourself for a forum software upgrade, which will surely prove painful - but a lot less, I bet, than being crashed more than we're up.

Didn't seem to work, and kept saying "member doesn't exist", even after I found the proper member name (and copied it from there) through the member search widget of the forum.

If, say, the member was me?  I signed up as "BUncle", and I think it uses that User Name instead of my Display Name.
