Alpha Centauri Active Players is an Angelfire website that's miraculously still online, recording the link here so someone can find it on Internet Archive in the far future:

This one caught my eye... Alpha Centauri Custom Factions, once hosted on Crosswinds.net. Looks like the last update was on May 20th, 2001:

I've seen this Faction Rating Formula somewhere, is this commonly used? Is it even accurate.

Some of these seem to be older versions of what already exist on the wiki, but there might be a few new ones, like the Ziak Dragons.
