Hidden pictures

Recently, I found (by accident, mind you) that there is a hidden picture in the background of the Diplomatic screen with India/Gandhi.  It is very interesting...

Makes me wonder what other hidden pictures are in the game.

I don't see it.  But, that is just me.  I am not squinting right I guess.

Due to the fact that the pictures get truncated when I either look at with my Computer (w/Firefox) OR my Phone (w/Andriod browser), I was getting this (NOTE, due to having to use older version of M$ Paint, I can't properly crop this picture).

So, when I first was looking at it, with the reference of the thread and NZ's comment, I had seen this

I then had open the picture in a new tab or something, to see the whole thing.  I was surprised that it was the diplo screen, without the left column UI thingy.  I had also lost the 'shroom cloud in the picture and had to look hard to see it again.

That's a smudge that could be the blasted remains of anything.
