Got it - I'm thinking I'll not even touch square avatars, 'cause everyone can do those so easily for themselves.  Round, round with protrudy bits, and transparent background cutouts if I have time.  Those last are very labor-intensive.

Oooh.  Dunno if I could do much with an EoL brand at that size, but that would be the ticket.  I didn't actually think you'd use any of those -nothing's going to top Atlas- just easy to do while I had the cutout versions open.

There were some age of sail ships in the original screens I posted that could get similar treatment.  Click through and embiggen them from IGN PC Gamer and THOSE screens should be big enough. 

edit:  Hmmm, I mistook IGN for the source of biguns Let me go check PC Gamer's new shots.
