I've been in a couple in upscale hotels. Usually with whirlpool jets. Once just the old fashioned claw foot sloped back style.

To be honest, I prefer a shower. Not for the haste, but because of the heat and massage I can apply to my neck and back. Falling water is one of the few sounds I can still enjoy. It's meditation.

Baths always feel kind of weirdly dirty to me, so I haven't terribly missed being too big for them.

Yes and it was great because I'd been walking around all day. Can't remember where but it wasn't an upscale place.

Yes, at a couple of places I've visited, and in my current apartment we have a full-size bath.
