Jack O'lantern and Snowman are good ideas.They're just nick nacks done in wax, ultimately. I don't really get what the deal is with women and scented candles to begin with - but women see to like giving and receiving them just fine, despite not actually lighting them often. Casting figurines in wax with a wick, instead of plaster, adds value...

I made the skull last night - here with the first layer of latex for the mold almost dry. It certainly not my most precise and detailed work ever - not all that symmetrical, and the teeth are too big and not enough of them. -Also, it looks about half Neanderthal, when I was aiming for 100%. Still, the flaws give it a certain hand-made charm that wouldn't be there if I'd taken more time.Here it is with the pie plate left in for a sense of scale:
And that's where the part of especial interest to Rusty comes in a doll mask (probably for li'l Buster to wear until the Fink comes through with his part). Drying now. I may do a butterfly trim of the outer edges, depending on what Mylochka thinks.
