I will assume the Packers have a plan for that position, if only to avoid getting Jermichael'ed again.  The beauty of the team is that there are very few players who are crucial at any given positon

What do you think will come of the Packers' tight end pulling a pistol in South Beach and squeezing off a couple of rounds to assert his dominance when a car load of women told him to leave them alone?

Will the new serious about violence towards women NFL act?

Will they act?  Yes.

Will they act appropriately?  Who knows.

Will it impact the Packer?  Not really.  I'm a little surprised they didn't release him on sight.

Well, after seeing the final roster, I'd rate the Raiders as dicey at best.

Injuries along the offensive line don't bode well for the running game, which in turn don't bode well for Derek Carr.  (the backups are actually decent pass blockers, so not so worried about protection as I am turning one dimensional)  Derek hasn't played well all preseason, but he was much more a second half get it going type last year anyway, so not sure how concerned to be there.

Behind Murray, there doesn't appear to be much of a run game at all.

Defensively, the front 7 look decent.  Backing down from "Good" with some curious final cuts.  The CB's look suspect, and the Safeties have no depth if a starter goes down.

I can see what they're building, but they're lacking some key pieces.  I'm guessing 6-10ish record, be thrilled with an 8-8, but they could surprise a bunch if Derek suddenly clicks and gets confidence in his receivers instead of consistently throwing to the check down.

I hope that the NFL gives Tom Brady the Pete Rose treatment.

Ah.. religious discussions.

As I was walking through Wally World looking for supplies for my minions that reside in the Temple, I walked past multiple shrines to the local deity, the LSU Tiger god. The New Orleans Saint god is on the way as well.
They also absolutely decimated the meat department.

But I hate to tell you blasphemers that Drew Bees(us) throws touchdowns for your sins. He walks across Lake Ponchartrain and farts lemon spray. I feel the Saints, though lacking depth are not to be dismissed this year.

Fortunately, none of you have discussed those demonic Dirty Birds of the ATL. So, I guess I will not have to send the henchmen out to reeducate anyone. :D

Eh.  Raiders are just the natural extension of Samhain.

What do you mean, my and Kyle here may as well be dressed for a game rather than Halloween.

These photos camouflage a family that does not stray numerically from the norm of this society. That family has the husband, the wife, the son, and the daughter.

Mike tried to scent-mark Mylochka once.
That incident sounds very unpleasant.
