It's a scenario bug that shows up in MP - when you're switching between games, you get the wrong graphics for the factions.

I mean, it's less active than Rec Commons, which is at the very bottom. And as far as I know, we barely got any new members. Of course, I may be wrong.

Apparently it's on 2.8.14.
Well, the UI hasn't changed much (or maybe at all) as all of your tutorials are still relevant. I'm actually considering doing a full-reset of this craptop to make it run at a decent pace.
Screw it, just going to reset now. I'm sure that'll get GIMP working.
EDIT: I have no windows install disc, as this came with 7 factory-install and 8 as an upgrade I bought years ago. Oh well. It just means the inevitable death of this machine will come faster.
