Random crap with Uno.

Sorry, just going to copy my post over from Halloween forum, it might not all translate 100%. 


Wow, does this take some time!  Go to take pics of progress and it becomes more a to-do list.

So, Trevor's moving along nicely.  Started the drylok, but there was quite a number of situations to resolve along the way.  Yes...it's white...yes, that's an unorthodox choice , all part of the plan.  I think.  We'll see.

Since the break, there was a 1/4"-1/2" gap all around the base of Trevor's shroud and the new lid that had to be compensated for, so we blended in with cheese cloth as we went around.  Numberous other holes were filled similar where the sculpt itself made it impossible to paint. 

I'm noticing I have a fair few number of smaller holes left to fill after taking pics as well...those'll have to wait for the second coat...
Some holes in the folds here need to be plugged, for instance.



Another hole just under the head here.



MONSTER hole plugged up here under this arm. Blended in quite well, IMO.



Another huge gap was under the head.  Actually great stuffed in there first then the cheese cloth.





Moving around...



Looks like another one just in front of this hand, and might need to plug that hole next to the pinky.  There was a big hold underneath this hand and all down the forearm, wouldn't know if you didn't know where to look...



Missed a spot under the left elbow...





Look, more holes needing patching...

I don't see cemeteries as 'Halloween', personally.  Probably since most of our vacations were spent wandering cemeteries taking rubbings and looking for wierd names for my mom's books.

The kids want one, though, so we're doing it differently, yes.  (same with the burial ground)
