What's the latest unofficial patch?

I've been out of the loop awhile, so what's the best patch out right now for Alpha Centauri? Scient's, Kyrub's, or Yitzi's?

EDIT: My base version is from GOG.com, 2.0.2.23, if that matters. Also I realized I might have posted this in the wrong section.
