Total Mind Control Bug

See attached save.  Play forward into the AI turn, and Morgan Biochemical gets mind controlled.  The nearby units that are now in Morgan territory also get mind controlled along with the base. 

Further this action only costs the AI a low amount of Energy (~150) which doesn't seem right

To add to this: Mind Worms also get mind controlled.  Definately seems like a bug even if "total mind control" was supposed to have some effect on surrounding squares (which I don't believe it should).

I remember in a demo multiplayer game to mindcontrol a base and all units+adjacent units. We were playing with the Consciousness.

I've seen it many times and I'm sure it's not a bug. Mind control affects all 8 tiles adjacent to the base tile. I've tested it and noticed no exceptions - native life, battle ogres, alien artifacts, air units - every kind of unit defects. To my great surprise, this includes even probe teams!  :o
