You are right. The thing about it is, the chopper crew died not only taking out a needlejet but saving the life of a defending Lawyer infantry. The Lawyers have literally been taking the brunt of Antimind air power.

Word gets back to Miriam through her deacon advisers. In light of the recent drone riots at Court Records and the heroism displayed by the chopper crew, Miriam is compelled to leave New Jerusalem to travel to that end of the empire. Of course, against the will of said advisers.

Sister Miriam speaks. There is not a huge military attendance with the exception of an Empath Infantry division and Miriam's own church guard. After all, the war continues although for now, the sounds of battle are not right outside the base like it has been in the past. Most of the military is busy fighting. There are however, family members from the Chopper pilot's home city of War of the Working Man and the extended friends and family of the Lawyer infantry group that was saved from Court of Appeals.

Yes... the Chopper pilot was a former Comrade who converted to Conclave Christianity!

Of course, there is one group of drones holding up signs criticizing Miriam's past handling of the wars and her world reputation as a cut throat villain. She will have the city officials watch them. Usually, she would nerve staple them. But since they are of Lawyer nationality and she is in no mood to deal with the backlash from that on what is supposed to be a momentous occasion, she will let them have their little gripe session.

I know that times have been trying for the people at Court Records. But, your sacrifices have not been in vain as this is part of God's Plan. the power and truth of prayer is truly at work here, and we will be victorious in the end as we are righteous and God's chosen.

But, before we continue, I must say I was both touched and moved by the sacrifice and heroic act by Lt. Brevnorov from the City of War of the Working Man. Yes, Brevnorov was a former Comrade. But, God is forgiving and loves us all... even the godless. For, if you accept Jesus into your heart, even a Communist can come to the side of truth and love and become an instrument of God.

Now, I realize there has been in the past bad blood between we Believers, Lawyers, and Comrades. Even though many Comrades have been baptized in the Blood of Christ and now worship along side us, many are viewed still with suspicions. While God does ask us to judge, as being too accepting can lead to tragedy, I am reminded of a story from the New Testament.

In Biblical times, there was a group of people called Samaritans. They were considered untrustworthy, unclean, and just plain bad people.

The Lt. was the Samaritan and a good neighbor. the Antimind was the robber who stripped the Lawyer's clothes. Should I have an empire of Samaritans, the Antimind would be doomed within a short time.

Well, she WAS a councilor. Plus, she probably had to be a preacher as well and a humorous one. Otherwise, most logical folks would question some of her outright zealotry.

Maybe. Right now, New Jerusalem is doing Planetary Energy Grid that should be out in a bit. We do already have Neural Amplifier.

The plan is to continue pushing Doctrine Air Power.

Speaking of bothersome needlejets, Oblivion called up.

We trade a tech for Advanced military Algorithms. This gives us AAA units to take the bite out of al those jets.

I am not real comfortable with Power just yet. I am in the process of making crawlers to pump out more. The war with Antimind is very costly and it is pumping out units.

This war so far is a stalemate until air power.
