Joining the discoveries of the AC system, we now have info on the Progenitor home system. Fortunately, they think they have multiple planets due to the fact that Tau Ceti is not a pesky bianary system that has a lot of glare making planet finding difficult.

Tau Ceti is not the Progenitor home system. It was the system of one of the Manifold planets, and it underwent a "flowering" (similar to what Planet undergoes if you get Transcendence) that devastated nearby systems and resulted in some of the Progenitors deciding to abort the Manifold experiment. But it does not seem to be their home system.

Hmm.. interesting. I do know in the diplo talks, they refer to the "Tau Ceti Accords". I have always assumed they were from or around Tau Ceti.

No, they were the result of the Tau Ceti disaster...which is why only the Caretakers mention them. (The Usurpers figure another Tau Ceti is a risk justified by the potential benefit if Transcendence works properly.)
