Yitzi Patch Crash after MY 2200

After 2300, my games (and the games of others playing with same setup) sometimes crash during mindworm attacks. The error message says something about a failure to allocate the draw buffer. Didn't use to have the problem with vanilla, so the error is very likely in Yitzi patch. Could be in my own Binary Dawn mod but it is hard to see how tampering with the txt could produce a crash after a specific year.

2200 is the point at which killing an enemy faction no longer restarts them elsewhere on the map, they get exterminated.   Does that ring any bells about the phenomena you are experiencing?
