Erroneous support costs
« on: May 06, 2017, 04:56:43 PM »
One of my bases in a multiplayer game supports Transport Foil with 1 mineral, even though I am at 0 SUPPORT (two units should be free) and the base only has two units homed.

I can PM the password, since the game is still ongoing.

Only Yitzi's patch has been installed. I don't think I remember ever seeing this bug in original.

Not sure about this but I think Yitzi's patch takes a turn to recognize change in Support - for example when changing governments.

There were no changes in government.

The base is U.N.Humanity Base, and the password is 'mirumir'.

However, after loading the save now, everything seems to be in order. Which does not make sense, since I *remember* it consuming minerals across several turns, to the point I was annoyed enough to file a report. A random bug?

I beg your pardon: there has been a HUGE change in government.

Send a tweet to the President.  If he can reinvigorate the economy, bring back coal, and supercharge the military, surely he can fix a minor drop in support.

Oh wait.....is the UN obsolete now?   Maybe that's the problem.....
All this talk of fungus and worms makes me hungry...

@Vidsek: Was the UN ever really "solete"? :-\

Many changes take a turn to recognize (to avoid exploits), but I don't think my patch added any more.

The Mind Worms are the natural defenses of the living Planet?the white blood cells, if you will. In a world in which unassimilated thought represents danger, the Mind Worm seeks out concentrations of sentient mental energy and destroys them, ruthlessly and efficiently.
