Fixes a crash associated with pacifism drones accidentally introduced in 2.2.

Yes, my patch is heavily focused on giving options for modding.

What sort of mod are you planning, by the way?

Perhaps you spotted the introscreen discussion I had with BUncle in my "How to?" thread? Atm I call it Alien Tau Ceti.
The main thing is a switch of humans landing on a planet already inhabited by an alien race, instead of the Progenitors landing on a planet which humans have settled.
