My recent to-do list for .exe modding

1. Get targeted probe team tech steal enabled. (Pretty much done except for adding a alphax variable)
2. Allow probe teams to have morale lower than disciplined and thus enable the script box #ADVDECIPHER. (Pretty much done except for finding and fixing a bug that causes the probe team morale level to not display on the unit select screen while below disciplined status).
3. Enable the diplomatic proposal menu option to trade and buy prototypes (#PROPOSALMENU and #BUYPROTO).
4. Enable the automatic faction diplomatic popup #PROTOPACT
5. Enable the diplomatic proposal menu to trade world maps as a seperate option.
6. Enable the diplomatic proposal menu to give units.

I think #2 also applies during combat.  Likely the same bug though.
