What mod does this unit artwork come from?

city raiser
city raiser

Some guy on /r/alphacentauri was looking for help with his game that keeps crashing.  It's got crazy high city populations and etc.  Using Activate Scenario Editor, I've noticed some display anomalies at U.N. Headquarters, where what's in the city has shifted around to several different things.  I've seen it empty, I've seen it contain different units.  Now I've got this weird "cyber city" unit that I've never seen before.  Is this from some mod, and the OP wasn't playing with a clean version of SMAC, and the artwork somehow got into the .SAV file?  Or have I found an easter egg?  What gives?

Note that it is raising land inside a city, that was presumably established at the beginning of the game.  So the move should be completely illegal.  I think it has also appeared as a University unit.

The .SAV file is for plain SMAC, not SMACX.

"city raiser.SAV" was what I saw when dinking with the Scenario Editor.  The original file from the internet is jonloovox.SAV.  Infiltration is active so you can click on U.N. Headquarters to see its contents.  When you first click on the base, you will see some Peacekeeper units, the weird "city raiser" unit, and some Gaian units.  If you click on the right arrow, you will see 2 University units, and you will not be able to click back to see the units displayed before.  So it's messed up somehow.

That a left-out unit from the top row of, I think, units.pcx, and that game's broke.  I've only seen it when something's hopelessly borked.

Others may be able to tell you more about it - that's all I know...
