Terraform Rocky?

Has anyone ever discussed the possibility of a "terraform rocky" command as the opposite to "terraform level"? In realistic terms it probably means digging the tile down (removing all the soil) to get at the rocky layers, so the game command could cause a slight decrease in tile height and a very slight increase in height to all surrounding tiles while turning it to rocky.

It would be nice to at least be able to turn flat terrain rolling w/o fooling around raising land...

I usually turn flat into forest, farm/condenser/soil enhancer, or borehole.
