Most of these actions have similar bonuses to each other... Maybe vary it by dropping morale and support bonuses on some of them and maybe replacing it with specific combat bonuses? I get your trying to make warlike factions but if you want them to have their own character, try varying the stats. For a regime that is very tightly controlled/right winger police state I suggest maybe having good probe, fairly good attack bonus.

Or for the Imperial faction, drop the morale/support and instead give them a defencive one, as they have to "hold the line."

The English in your factions is surprisingly good, ariete, but there is room for improvement.  I've been very busy lately, so bump this thread and remind me if I haven't posted some suggested corrections in a few days...

@jarlwolf - i gived just the essential characters to have a good facs balance, don't overdo bonus (max is 1). about individual combat skill can be interesting to value for each one (maybe defence perimeter for independentists, even if they have the technology to do it at start of game).

@BUncle - don't worry and thanks for the congratulations abut the use of language (last time i've been reprimanded  :D)

if you were referring to this (example) lo2 Sailor-group Sector, the first 3 characters are the human alphanumeric codification of progenito language ... those humans, too primitives
