Raise Sea Floor

Raise Sea Floor decreases the depth of the current square by approximately 1000 m. All nearby tiles will be adjusted to slope terrain.
- Cannot raise sea floor unto land. You will need land formers for that. A landformer on a nearby land square with the Raise Land command can raise sea floor up to land.
- Raising sea lower than 1000m to above 1000m, bonus squares and sea fungus.
- Raising sea squares above 1000m depth is important for sea formers. As improvements can only be build on sea squares above 1000m depth.
