Description: Build a base on the shore. Now, before it grows to size 2, buy the sea colony pod there. When you choose to abandon base for it, base disappears, but you don't get any colony pods.
Could use the same mechanism to determine location of sea colony pod as that used by land Unity pods which spawn Transports Foils.
