Energy rollover bug

Another one for you Yitzi :)

Anyways in my pacifist game the Spartans seemed to get 2 billion energy or so.   Just skip all turns/actions until Spartans in 2198

Sounds like interest in play.  Spartans with EC interest?

I have had a single instance similiar to what Nexii has described occur to me except while using the Believers (Conclave). The Believers had neither a interest bonus nor a interest penalty.

Spartans are unmodified in this game.  Some of my alphax.txt variables are but nothing that should cause this

I think I might know what's causing it...I thought I'd fixed that in alpha testing, but maybe not.  It's late now, but I hope to have a fix sometime tomorrow.

Ok, it wasn't what I thought it was, but I managed to find and fix it anyway.  Patch should be up shortly.
