Rounder head, shorter nose, more pronounced brow ridges, differently-trimmed beard - not quite the same, and both pretty good likenesses.

ShatnerBanana. His head is super blurry though.
At the very least, the banana I made based off your avatar gives me a good blank template for them. I was able to easily convert it into the following:

-Additionally, I tried to convert this Shatner pic into something I could use as a banana, but it was far too blurry.
It's pretty rough anyway, I should do more with it (blue background, extra streaks of color) if I get serious about making a  of it.

The banana template makes it so easy to just put on anything and make a dancing banana out of it. Although there is an illusion in this one. Due to a dumb mistake, her head appears to grow forever.
