That's the idea, yes - and Mom thinks Mylochka made them herself.  -I had wondered, given the beads and feathers and painting style, which are all very her.

I think so.  It's REALLY hard to make things that look like much at that size - she no longer has the eyesight of a young person and has to do it with human-sized fingers.

There was a doll show yesterday, and I remembered my duty to document my walls-of-plastic existence this time.

Note the pliers and WD40 on the table - there's always a lot of fixing after a bunch of dolls come in.  My wimminz don't just put them on the shelves or dress them and then put them on the shelves.  They aren't opposed at all to grabbing up fixer-uppers cheap and doing the fixing.  That's part of the fun.

So is the dressing and looking at them on the shelves...

Not pictured: Mylochka won a very green doll in the big-headed, neotenic style of most of the ones in back, here - of course, I'm after her to make it a dancing girl outfit for some babydoll Orion girl pics...

Doll show today.  I don't know if Mylochka got around to taking pictures of what-all she's been working on to sell, but I saw to it that Momma has her camera, so there will probably be pictures soon...

Mom came through.  All I did was lay her camera next to her wallet last night after she'd gone to bed, but she got the message.

I understand the turnout was poor today because of the weather - Mylochka sold enough to pay her overhead and they all had a good time, so not a waste.  She sold more doll clothes than dolls.

Important to note - her work got a really good response from the crowd, and what she didn't sell because of a hurricane coming, she still has to sell another day, and indications are that at a more fortunately-timed show, there'll be no problem.  She's encouraged.

Yes, I believe so. I don't remember the context any more. More like chain mail for dolls, it's a natural progression.

It wasn't five weeks.  They went and did some setup today...

Note that somebody turned up a bunch of the missing swords, and at least Genghis Ken and one of the girls is getting a shot.
