Heck, I should PM Dale myself, since he's already a member.  I'm serious that we shouldn't just let that crowd be subsumed into CFC or just drop out - 'poly has made a place for them, but you and I both know that that would be a very hard sell, and we just as well throw our hat in with our favorites.  Uno would love to have Big Dork here.  People should be talking to people.  This community is made of people, and there are some fine ones over there.

E_T, BTW - he's Green1's brother practically, posting drunk sometimes and disappearing for long stretches and irritating the heck out of me sometimes - but I love the guy and he takes an interest in his forum home and its health and tries to help, also like Green.  I want E_T, and only bad-mouth in public out of love.   We can use more of that kind of crazy, and I'm serious.  Drunk posting is mostly funny.

I actually did, and I said we'd fight sometimes because we have a complex relationship and we fight sometimes, but if neither of us goes for the throat, it'll work out.   Do not get unduly alarmed when Dale and I fight - I told him he could be ruder to me than anyone else.

Dale, I'd love if you invited some people at your discretion you have no reason to think I'd object to - even Bantams if he either doesn't troll me (a little is okay, just not constantly and/or really mean) or mind getting banned frequently.   This is a big tent, and diversity is good.

TBH, I don't even argue like I used to.  Gave up, seriously.  You probably haven't noticed but I haven't argued politics or global warming or anything else controversial at WPC or CFC for the longest time.  Too many other things going on, like family, scouts, games.

So the bottom line is, you might be sadly disappointed and regret inviting me, since I'm no longer the vocal conservative, but am now the grumpy old-timer on the verandah chair watching the current generation (all persuasions) f**k this place up.

I had noticed you not trolling politics/GW at WPC anymore, but haven't been paying attention to your CFC activities at all since I quit looking at their BE folder.  Big Red Mod Notices wear on my nerves terribly.

I've neglected to mention Nikolai - we've been pleasantly trolling each other in 'poly OT recently, but I'm cutting my participation there way back -I'm needed HERE- and I've definitely noticed who's posting in Other Games at WPC.  Spaced Cowboy, too, even though I'm mad at him for mentioning spam after I posted about E_T's sister.
