I will replay, but you will get a warning.

I noticed a LOT of rising water.  The cities may have been submerged.

The rising water is puzzling, since I am producing zero ecodamage with both factions.  Unless you are producing massive ecodamage, I think there is a bug.

If the land elevation is low, it can become water, even if it is in the middle of the continent.

I replayed the turn.  I did not do as well, so if you still have 4 cities lost, go back to the first save I sent.

t_ras, did that turn work any better for you, or did you still lost 4 cities?  I saw that the water level went up a lot.

Now I have cities lost, but I can see sea level rising. for some reason the other turn the cities disapiered without it.
BTW I had one city  with eco damage 8, that might have caused it. Now I have a coupe of cities with 2. I hope that will make the situation better, else Im doomed much erlier than I wanted.

The Free Drones report the unfortunate destruction of a University City.

The Free Drones regret the necessity of this action, would accept an unconditional surrender to avoid any further loss of life.

The boundary between cold water and warm, the Thermocline, has been important to undersea warfare for hundreds of years of man's history. Now we have found away to harness that power for constructive purposes. Once what cloaked us can now feed us. Once what shielded us from death, now brings us life.
~Captain Ulrik Svensgaard 'The Ripple and the Wave'
