I appologize if I posted this in the wrong place!

I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I am a long time player of Alpha Centauri, playing on and off for years. I’ve often lurked here but this is my first time posting.

That smilie is maybe my first effort ever that I don't see a lot of room for improvement years later.  Dale's idea, though, but I did do all the work and figure out what/how to animate to say "mob"...

Hahaha you guys are funny

I started playing Alpha Centauri back in highschool, like 2000 or 2001. But then I took many years off of it and picked it back up again about 1.5 years ago. I’ve always loved civilization games or city builders, but Alpha Centauri has always been the most interesting and challenging for me.

I’m probably nowhere near as good as you guys are - but I have recently upped my difficulty level to librarian which for me is challenging. I have yet to win in this level, but my current game might change that.

I’m playing Lal, and currently in a pact with Data Roze and the University and a treaty with the Gians. Roze and the University and I are currently reigning in Yang and recently turned the tide in the war against him and I anticipate we will wipe him out soon. I’m supporting them with air strikes in the north, meanwhile I’m attacking and invading from the south which is helping me also expand my territory.

As far personally,

I am 32, from vancouver Canada, married...

Not sure what else to share!
