Did you ever make any headway on that 'Planets a'la Kock Zoid'' theme dish idea?  -Obviously, the outer system would be ice creams and cold deserts.

You totally loved it four-five years ago.  We talked about how it could be sort of a signature piece for you - and not bad for the career...

Mercury would be a very spicy dish, of course.  Earth something fundamental/Swedish/home-style staple food.  Jupiter a LOT of something...

You never know.  Worth it to work up a menu for something creative to do, if nothing else.  No reason not to work in dishes you're already good at, if you can come up with thematic justifications.

-Neptune and Uranus would tend to call for something pale blue-green minty and similar.  Saturn obviously needs a ring theme.  Mars could be something with lots of cinnamon, or a meat dish, perhaps grilled pork, depending on what you want to work in.  Venus ought to be hot and creamy...
