You examine the room and there is a plain set of breeches and a shirt, there is also a torch, and a lantern.  They are on the ground.  the walls floors and ceiling are otherwise nondescript stone.

Inspect clothes for traps/poison/treasure/all that stuff.

No treasures or traps, just shirt, breeches, lantern and torch.

Don breaches.  Wear shirt.

Inspect lantern and torch.

Remove tighty whiteys. Light torch. Combine. Achieve state of being known as "total liberation."

You put on the britches and shirt, lantern and torch look like standard lantern and torch.

Remove tighty whiteys. Light torch. Combine. Achieve state of being known as "total liberation."

You cannot remove tighty whitey's through yon britches.  you go to light the torch, ALAS, you have no means of fire.  You feel .08% liberation

You hear a skittery sound in the tunnel ahead

You see dozens of black beetles scurrying around, there is a small crack in the rock overhead that is allowing light in, you appear to be hundreds of feet down from any ledges.  You step on a beetle <CRUNCH> and they all go down a pathway to your left.  There is also a path to the right.  You hear the same skittering down the left as before.  There is a skeleton on the floor here, looks like it could be another adventurer.
