Neat.  When you're doing smoothing/finishing on them, try to bring out a hint of the bones along the back of the hand; it's not hard to do, and really adds to the look.

It's actually the tendons I need to bring out, but yeah. 

I needed the fingers for my next major step of doing the sheet/shroud in monster mud, which will attach Trevor TO the lid, and make it all solid.  Hoping to get that done tomorrow, but the weather's supposed to go to hell and it might need to wait.

Especially as it was a bad night last night, and am working on about 2 hours sleep in the last 48 hours right now as a result. 

It's a very huge and incredibly messy step, minimum of a two man job up next...

Nope, it's just a lightweight tomb.  (though I'm beginning to think carving out of stone would have been quicker...)

I hadn't planned on storing this thing when I started, so wasn't worried about that stuff.  Just going to use it one year and sell it...but I'm getting rather attached to it.

Yeah, I imagine they would if someone were to ship this freight or something.  The biggest threat would actually be an impact could break the foam they are glued to.  They are pretty damn impervious themselves, and we're using a masonry sealer when I start painting, so scuffing would likely be minor as well.
