Fixing our Twitter

Basically all autogenerated, one tweet for every topic with only the username of poster. Not very informative, and spammy now that we're actually pretty active. How about limiting the autotweets to only news forum threads, and ideally giving several other users access to the official AC2 twitter so we can put more useful content up (can you transfer the handle from your personal account to a group held one? I've not used twitter that much.). Then maybe we'd beat single digit followers :p

Most sites I know only use twitter to communicate to the users if the main site goes down and when the site may be back up.

Probably good to have just for that.

Confirmed. I'm pretty new to twitter too, but will try and put a few wiki related tweets up. Perhaps one of the MP guys would like to tweet tips, or one of the coders their updates? Or someone else could just put up interesting things they find in the game? I can add people now, so post if you're interested and me or sisko will add you?

Green1: Yep, it's handy for that, but I imagine if a few people are following it it'll be easier to find if needed.
