Can someone playtest these freaks?

So one of the factions in my faction pack appears to be far and away stronger than all of the others. These would be the Genome Syndicate. The Genarchs, as they are colloquially known, are a hybrid build/conquer faction with the following stats:

These stats seem fairly reasonable to me, but it turns out that they add up to way more than the sum of their parts, as the Genarchs appear to be good at everything. I got lucky once, landing right next to the Monsoon Jungle which negated their growth penalty completely, but the other times that I've tested them they do unusually well, regardless of their landing spot.

Would anyone be interested in playtesting them a little bit to help me confirm this? They're actually really fun to play as, I've found, but just too powerful. Playing on Librarian felt like playing on Citizen. I want to see if other people have that same experience.

Oh yeah, I fixed that typo in the faction txt. "Scarcely" is the correct spelling.
