Prevent Colony Spamming (if you want to )

For those that prefer to not have colonies/cities popping up everywhere, there is a simple solution.
A friend of mine & I prefer to raise the cost of colony pods (to include sea colony pods) to prevent this.

All this can be done in the 'alpha' or 'alphax' text file in the main directory.

#WEAPONS
Colony Module, Colony Pod, 0, 8,10, -1, None,
Where 10 is the cost to build.
50 appears to be a good balance; tried 100...maybe too much. :)

When editing the 'alpha/alphax' files, I like to cap them for easy reference.

What size maps do you typically play on?  With my modding, I only play on Huge.

Generally, Tiny to Standard with 30-50% surface...I like the action. :)

wondering if there is a way to increase land colony pods cost but only for single faction? this would be perfect for my replacement for pirates - seasteading libertarian faction who is unwilling to get back to land; eg:
^+20% cost of land colony pods: citizens unwilling to settle on land
