We already know, Colonial Authority is most likely the closest.
What other faction then?

In like 2 turns, most likely we will obtain information on this topic from UNS Unity tracking device.
All remaining locations of colony escape pods should be known.

And the base turned out to be HQ of The Advent Pilgrimage.
