Road building in 1 turn
How about we could build roads in one turn only, on any tile.
How to implement:
In alphax.txt, under #TERRAIN number of turns can be set to negative values, this is to circumvent additions by the game engine for various terrains. I tried for example -2, but I remember also -7 was working. There is space to experiment with this.
Pros:
- Decrease of micromanagement, less formers are needed in the game
- Faster early game, since road connections are available sooner. Colony pods can spend less time traveling to their destinations.
Cons:
- Less strategy in building roads, for example, there would be no difference between building a road on rolling or flat tile.

What about levelling a rocky tile to be able to put a road down? is anything gonna change with that?

There are 2 options for multiple terraform:
farm+solar+road
farm+mine+road
In the mod they seem to work strange, former builds a road first and is not able to continue further (first case)
Possibly AI just gives single orders to formers then.

I think you can separately provide in alphax.txt leveling terrain cost. It would not be influenced.
