How many times need to use Nerve staple that citizens can have immunity to next Nerve staple?

I suspect the duration decreases before they get complete immunity, but I don't know the details.

It shouldn't be too hard to test with the scenario editor, though.

Policing your people when you have drone riots. If you have no allies or the UN human rights have been repealed, its an effective way to silence riots without attending to their needs. A good way to buy some time- but its not wise to do it repeatedly or if you rely on trade.

Isnt it easy to just deal with riots by switching a drone to a doctor? Unless you are university...

Sometimes you can't afford to lose the worker, such as in a time of stagnated pop growth (zero surplus nutrients), so you have to snip it and send it out to the field.
