Description: There were three major goals that I had while making this project. The first goal was to use the original seven SMAC factions as the basis for this mod and then rename based upon the names from this games' development. My second goal was to create a full set of logos for each of the original seven based upon those from SMAC's development. The third, and final, goal was to use each of the special rules from SMAC at least once among the factions while still keeping them fairly balanced. I hope that you enjoy the changes I have made and will use my mod while playing SMAC(X).
