Notes of ete: Doubled up morale penalty, useless probe immunity, crashes on loading. Generally pretty weak faction, especially with their preference for Knowledge removing most of their bonus.
2023 review by Frederikii: Useless faction.It doesn't crash anymore, but grows and plays very weakly by the AI. I fixed it saving the file using Wordpad. It should have a problem with the txt format.
